Surprisingly 'presentation skills' was a recurring theme. Also on the list was 'Learning coaching skills to lead better' - CEOs want to learn various coaching techniques in order to develop their most valuable asset, their staff. Quite frankly, they said they were fed up with the never-ending cycle of interviewing new people. Staff attrition is disappointing as well as costly in both time and money, so the consensus was "let's look after the talent we have and save time, money and develop it beyond what we already have". | TelecomVodafone launches SuperNet 4G services in 4 key districtsNews (with pics) | Vodafone launches SuperNet 4G services in 4 key districts | SILIGURI/COOCHBEHAR | With the launch of SuperNet 4G services in 4 districts of West Bengal – Alipurduar, Purulia, Jalpaiguri and Coochbehar in last 15 days, Vodafone India have now completed covering all the major towns in Bengal. The launch in these four districts follows the successful launch of Vodafone SuperNet 4G services in Siliguri, Darjeeling, Gangtok, Behrampur, Bashirhat, Nabadwip, Bardhaman, Durgapur, Asansol, Bolpur, Krishnanagar, Midnapore, Kharagpur, Alipurduar and Purulia in Bengal. 4G services in the rest of the cities in Bengal Circle will be rolled out over the next few months. Vodafone SuperNet 4G will significantly enhance the mobile internet experience for customers with faster download/upload of videos and music, seamless video chats and will also facilitate greater ease in using their favourite apps. Customers will also adore features like high definition video streaming, mobile gaming and two-way video calling. Leveraging its global network and experience, Vodafone also pioneered international roaming on 4G for its India customers visiting in 22 countries including UK, UAE, Turkey, Ireland, Singapore, Albania, Netherlands, Romania, Germany, Greece, Czech Republic, with many more countries to be launched in the near future.
