In this wonderfully geeky piece, SS Aiyar of ET dissects Delhi's pollution problem and suggests a solution that could convert the fine dust that pollutes our cities into construction material. The bulk of the pollution problem in Delhi (and many of India's cities) is not vehicular pollution, but fine dust. Western countries use landscaping and 'dust collectors' to suck up excess fine dust. The problem then is of dumping this dust, which is where technology that can convert this dust into sand, to be used for construction can come handy. We need more of such 'out of the box' thinking to solve India's problems - Comment
